By using Taskora, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Age Requirement
Taskora is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. You may not use Taskora if you are under 18.
3. App Functions
Taskora provides local photo and video browsing, search and category filters, recent project views, image filter editing, crop tools, text tools, drawing tools, video trimming, preview, export, image compression, and audio extraction. These functions are provided for lawful personal media workflows.
4. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the photos, videos, audio, files, edits, and exports you choose to use in Taskora. You must have the rights and permissions needed to edit, store, export, compress, or extract audio from any content you process through the app.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Taskora to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harm others, process illegal content, bypass security protections, interfere with the app, or distribute content you do not have permission to use.
6. No Professional Advice
Taskora is a creative utility and media organization tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Taskora when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, store requirements, or product improvement.
8. Disclaimer
Taskora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every file type, device, edit action, export action, compression result, or audio extraction result will work in every situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, media loss, lost profits, or interruption of use.
